The Mission of Epsilon Eta is to promote the fields relating to the environmental studies as the world becomes increasingly more in need of a united body of driven and educated environmental individuals.  The three pillars of Epsilon Eta are community, service, and recognition.

Community: By connecting environmental students with other students, graduate students, alumni, and the environmental work force, Epsilon Eta will help form important relationships that will strengthen member effectiveness by providing opportunities rarely available inside of the class room.  These relationships will provide students with advice on potential careers, provide outside-of-school connections, and promote the growth of ideas for future environmental undertakings.

Service: A portion of the time that members of Epsilon Eta commit to the fraternity will go to community service projects.  This betters the environment while strengthening community outreach skills of each member.  By putting academic intelligence into action members will create and participate in their own projects, focusing on public education and generating environmental awareness.

Academics: Epsilon Eta selects students who are most qualified in the ways of academic excellence, leadership, and will to succeed through dedication to the environment.  Epsilon Eta hopes to encourage these students by recognizing their past work and aiding in the successes of their futures.
